Alpha Business School Engages with CFA Society Sri Lanka

Alpha Business School recently had the privilege of hosting a distinguished delegation from the CFA Society Sri Lanka and the CFA Institute for a highly productive and forward-looking discussion on strengthening collaboration and expanding opportunities for aspiring finance professionals.

The meeting brought together key representatives from the global and local CFA ecosystem. The delegation from the CFA Society Sri Lanka was led by Reseena Abdullah, Society Regional Director of CFA Institute, and Rashmi Peiris Paranavitane, CFA, President – CFA Society Sri Lanka. They were accompanied by Travis Gomez, CFA, Director and Chair of the Candidate Outreach Committee, Aruna Alwis, Chief Executive Officer of CFA Society Sri Lanka, and Sandunika Perera, Coordinator – Candidate Outreach.

Representing Alpha Business School were Shehan Fernando, Chief Executive Officer, and Hamdhan Othman, CFA, Lecturer for the CFA Program, who engaged in meaningful discussions on advancing finance education and strengthening the pathway for candidates pursuing the globally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
